I ordered from 4runnerlifestyle.com and ended up needing to exchange something because the sizing was off. Starting the exchange was easy, which is what I was hoping for, but I expected the follow-up and shipping on the replacement to move a bit faster. Customer service did help me get it sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. It just didn’t feel as smooth or quick as I expected. Overall, it was fine, but the updates could definitely be better.

I did get my refund in the end, but I had to email twice before it was handled. I feel like if someone is just trying to get their money back, it’s only fair to respond and take care of it without making them chase it down.

My order went through without any issues, so at least that part was as smooth as it should be. The processing time was a little slower than I expected—not ridiculously long, but it did sit there for a few days before anything happened. Once it finally shipped, everything was fine and the updates were helpful. I’d probably order again, but hopefully they can speed up the processing a bit next time.

They do have some solid stuff for 4Runners, and I’m assuming if you check back often the inventory probably changes. That said, it felt a little hit or miss when I was browsing. A few things I was looking for were out of stock, and some categories didn’t have as many options as I expected. Not a bad experience overall, just seems like the selection could be a bit better

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but the prices felt higher than they should be. I wasn’t really expecting it to cost that much, so it kind of threw me off.

I even tried a promo from their email and had the same issue. Compared to other sites where the discount usually just applies without drama, this felt bait-and-switch. not worth the hassle

For what I paid in shipping, I really expected it to be packed a lot better. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying.

I was a little worried at first because the sides were crushed in a bit and one corner looked rough, but luckily the actual item inside was totally okay. No scratches, no cracks, no missing pieces, nothing bent or broken. So overall, not the best packaging situation, but the product itself made it through just fine
